Previously selected artists have said:
“I just wanted to say, thank you so much for selecting my work to be part of Bold exhibition. The event was fantastic and I really enjoyed the opening show. The entertainment and organisation were first class. The response as you mentioned was very positive. You and the team done brilliantly, (which I think you know already, however just felt it needed to be said). So congratulations on a pulling together top event. I will definitely submit work for future events for consideration.” — Francilla Zions I, Exhibited Artist, BOLD (Black History Month Group Exhibition)
“I’ve had some lovely feedback from the public who have seen my work up at Genesis so all very encouraging. This whole experience has given me a great boost to get my website up and push myself forward. It’s great I’ve sold a piece and with the exhibition being up longer there is more opportunity to sell still so that’s great. It’s lovely to hear people talking about my work with enthusiasm.” — Chloe Amy Avery, Solo Exhibited Artist, A Taste of Home
Please note that even though we want to, we can’t select everyone who applies.
